Easy Homemade Pesto

Ingredients
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • Splash of fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place everything but the olive oil in a food processor and place lid on.
  2. Remove the small center piece in the top and start to slowly pour in olive oil.
  3. Blend until desired consistency.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Serve with whole grain bread, over pasta or over white beans.
